GWI is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead the talent agenda for our Go-To-Market teams. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people plans that drive growth, performance and inclusion.
You'll coach leaders on performance and development, shape sales compensation structures with Finance, and drive cycles for performance, headcount, and budgeting in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
