Senior People Partner - HR Leader for Growth & Change

Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Senior People Partner to provide expert HR support and strategic partnership to a growing business unit in the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead employee relations cases, and shape people strategies to enable a self-service model and robust processes.

Based at our Bicester HQ, you will drive capability for line managers, ensure compliance with UK and Ireland employment law, and help deliver the People strategy as part of the
