Senior People Business Partner

What You'll Do

As a strategic sparring partner to the ReBound Leadership Team, you'll:

• Shape and implement People initiatives aligned with business goals
• Lead and execute key HR projects across culture, learning, and benefits
• Drive payroll and reporting processes, and act as trusted People advisor
• Collaborate with European People colleagues and CoEs to embed best practices
• Be a key figure in enhancing colleague experience and organizational capability

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and end-to-end People processes
• Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken)
• Pragmatic, people-focused, and forward-thinking with HR project experience
• Residing in or near Utrecht
