At ReBound, part of the Reconomy Group, we make returns seamless for global clients and customers. Now, we're looking for a Senior People Business Partner to drive our People strategy and support the growth and wellbeing of our teams across Europe.
What You'll Do
As a strategic sparring partner to the ReBound Leadership Team, you'll:
- Shape and implement People initiatives aligned with business goals
- Lead and execute key HR projects across culture, learning, and benefits
- Drive payroll and reporting processes, and act as trusted People advisor
- Collaborate with European People colleagues and CoEs to embed best practices
- Be a key figure in enhancing colleague experience and organizational capability

What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and end-to-end People processes
- Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken)
- Pragmatic, people-focused, and forward-thinking with HR project experience
- Residing in or near Utrecht
