We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Implementation Consultant with deep Defined Benefit (DB) technical knowledge, strong pensions calculations expertise, and hands on experience with SQL/Python. This role is ideal for someone who has led end to end pensions data migrations and enjoys driving technical accuracy, quality and best practice implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review changes in pension legislation or technical guidance and assess project impacts.
• Conduct, verify and explain manual and system-based DB pension calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Gather, interpret and translate client requirements into robust technical/system solutions.

Key Skills & Experiences

• Extensive technical knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and UK pensions legislation.
• Proven experience managing full cycle pensions data migrations and implementations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (complex formulas, analysis and modelling).
• Ability to interpret detailed scheme rules and translate them into configuration logic.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data interrogation, transformations and solution build.
