Who you will work with
Our client is a UK-based provider of employee benefits and pension services, delivering efficient, technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do
* Manage client relationships, review complex tasks, and provide coaching to junior team members.
* Lead process improvements, perform quality control checks, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Handle errors, omissions, and complaints in line with agreed procedures and timescales.
* Prepare and present reports for clients, regulatory bodies, and Trustee boards.

What you bring
* Strong experience in pensions administration, including performing manual complex pension calculations for DB (Defined Benefits) Trust Based schemes.
* Proven ability to improve processes and maintain high-quality work.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Organised, able to prioritise effectively, and work well within a team.
* Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues; professional qualifications (eg, PMI) desirable.
