Senior Payroll Lead, Ireland - 3,000+ Employees, Hybrid

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll for 3,000+ employees across Ireland. You will act as the subject matter expert on Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements, overseeing all payroll components and ensuring compliance.

You will lead a team of payroll specialists, drive process improvements and system enhancements (including Sage Payroll), and partner with HR, Finance and business leaders. Flexible hybrid work with 1-2 days in office across Ireland.
