Senior Payroll Lead - UK & Europe (Hybrid)

Sony Music is seeking a Senior Payroll Lead to manage three UK payrolls and smaller European payrolls. You will own payroll strategy, vendor relationships, and ensure timely, accurate processing and reporting. Hybrid work is available, with a mandatory start date of 25 September 2026.

You will collaborate with the People Experience and Finance teams to optimise payroll processes, ensure compliance with UK regulations, and drive continuous improvement across regions.
