Senior Payroll Lead - Remote/Hybrid (Charity)

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a small payroll team and manage end-to-end payroll for 1,500-2,000+ employees. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across monthly cycles in a remote role with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UK payroll experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to improving payroll processes and systems, in a charity-oriented, multi-site context.
