Senior Payroll Lead - Mentorship & Growth

Jerroms, part of the Sumer Group, is recruiting a Senior Payroll Advisor to join the Accounting department in Solihull. You will manage client payrolls, provide expert guidance on PAYE and HMRC matters, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires extensive payroll processing experience, strong UK regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work across weekly, Fortnightly and monthly cycles in a fast-paced environment.
