Are you our next Senior Payroll Assistant?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Officer
Contract type: Permanent
Peer Group- The ideal candidate will have five years' experience of working within a Payroll team.
- The candidate will have completed the IPASS Certified Payroll Technician course.
- Previous SAP experience preferred along with UK Payroll but not essential
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with Discretion due to confidential nature of information is essential
- Preparing and processing monthly payrolls
- Delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, including shadow payroll calculations, deductions and statutory contributions
- Producing monthly payroll reports
- Processing and submitting statutory returns to Irish Revenue and HMRC, including RPN and FPS Submissions.
- Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
- Respond to all employee queries in a timely manner
- Adhoc Duties
Your team: The Payroll team sits within the KPMG Finance department and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for KPMG employees. This includes managing employee pay, statutory deductions, and ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements. The team operates in a fast-paced environment and consists of three members who work collaboratively to meet strict payroll deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The team also supports employee queries and works closely with HR and other internal departments to ensure payroll data is up to date and accurate.
