Senior Payroll Advisor

Our client, a leading organization in the property industry, is looking for a dynamic Senior Payroll Advisor to join their team in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly across Europe and APAC.

Location: West End
Contract Type: Permanent

Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office

Salary: £43,000 - £45,000

Hours: 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee timely payroll operations across Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with the global payroll calendar.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and escalate recurring issues during monthly reviews with third party providers.
  • Review and approve payroll input collation, resolving discrepancies with the HR Shared Services Payroll team.
  • Act as the key liaison between the business, HR, and payroll providers, handling escalations and resolving payroll related issues.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor junior payroll advisors, fostering a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies and aligning practices with global standards.
  • Manage benefits administration, ensuring timely handling of employee benefits.
  • Take ownership of complex payroll escalations, providing senior level resolutions as needed.
