Location: West End
Contract Type: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
Hours: 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities- Oversee timely payroll operations across Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with the global payroll calendar.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and escalate recurring issues during monthly reviews with third party providers.
- Review and approve payroll input collation, resolving discrepancies with the HR Shared Services Payroll team.
- Act as the key liaison between the business, HR, and payroll providers, handling escalations and resolving payroll related issues.
- Support internal and external payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and mentor junior payroll advisors, fostering a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies and aligning practices with global standards.
- Manage benefits administration, ensuring timely handling of employee benefits.
- Take ownership of complex payroll escalations, providing senior level resolutions as needed.
- Proven experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
