Senior Payment Operations Analyst (12 Months)NatWestManchesterJoin us as a Senior Payment Operations Analyst We'll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by reconciling their payments accurately and efficiently You'll be liaising with other financial institutions and key stakeholders in order to process daily settlements, as well as resolving reconciliation breaks & queries You'll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of payment related queries This role is available for a period of 12 monthsWhat you'll doAs a Senior Payment Operations Analyst, you'll be processing payments accurately and efficiently within our SLA's. You'll be responsible for the day to day payment processing and authorisation, including incentive payments and payment verification.Your day-to-day will include: Completing daily settlement & reconciliation for all relevant payment schemes Representing the team as a subject matter expert in payment reconciliations and providing expertise support to analysts and key stakeholders in the business Completing regulatory financial reportingThe skills you'll needWe're looking for someone with strong payment processing experience who can provide an excellent customer service experience to our customers and colleagues. Alongside a strong background in payments, you'll need a good understanding of scheme guidelines. You'll also have the ability to take ownership of investigations and work as part of a team.You'll also demonstrate: Experience in a payment operations reconciliation role Excellent communication skills, and a good standard of written English Attention to detail The ability to work on your own initiative and on multiple items simultaneously
