Hi All,
We're looking for a Senior Partner Representative to join our client's team in Hilversum. This role is perfect for someone passionate about premium retail, strategic account management, and shaping impactful consumer experiences across Europe.

Scope:

You'll lead seasonal assortment planning, drive partner relationships, and optimize digital and in-store experiences across key premium accounts. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and act as the primary connection point to EMEA leadership for your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

. Build and deliver seasonal assortments, ensuring optimal product flow and in-season trading.
. Strengthen premium partner relationships and support launches and community activations.
. Lead account planning, forecasting, and scenario planning using marketplace insights.
. Ensure premium product presentation across digital and physical retail in line with the brands strategy.
. Represent the brand in market through retail visits, staff training, and competitor insights.

Qualifications:

. Experience in account commercial management (Sales, Buying, Merchandising, Business Planning, or Marketing).
. Background in Fashion/Sports, with strong insight into women's fashion and European trends.
. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
. Digital & omnichannel experience; knowledge of concession/consignment/wholesale a plus.
. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
