The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a highly regarded, boutique wealth management firm. This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting advisers across multiple locations while playing a key part in delivering high-quality, tailored financial advice to a diverse client base.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and tax planning
• Conducting in-depth research into financial products and strategies to support bespoke client recommendations
• Supporting advisers in developing tailored financial plans aligned to individual client goals
• Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process
• Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to progress cases efficiently
• Ensuring all work meets FCA regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements
• Supporting advisers both locally and across additional office locations
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client servicing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning
• Experience writing detailed suitability reports
• Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (Level 4) minimum
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A team player who can also work independently
