About the role:

A senior paralegal role reporting directly into the Head of Legal, supporting the broader business including the international sales teams. You will review and support in negotiating a broad range of contracts, including client ToBs, NDAs and technology agreements, while assisting in identifying and mitigating contractual risk. You will also support in keeping the business compliant with data protection policies and regulation. You will come into the London office when required, but otherwise be able to work remotely. The position does not entail a future training contract.

About you:

Candidates must have at least two years commercial paralegal experience, and must have worked in-house in fast-paced tech environments in the UK. The role will suit paralegals who have abundant experience of reviewing and supporting in the negotiation of broad ranging commercial agreements; please note the business will not consider applicants without this experience. Candidates must also have a basic working knowledge of data protection regulations. Any B2B sector experience will be a bonus, as will experience of managing stakeholders including sales teams. The business is happy to consider candidates who have completed the LPC or are working towards SQE1. All candidates must have unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
