Senior Org Design & TOM Lead - Hybrid (6-8m FTC)

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Senior Lead - Organisational Design & Operating Model on a 6-8 month fixed-term contract based in London. You will shape future-state TOMs for key functions, working with senior leaders to translate insights into practical transition roadmaps.

You'll review services, structures and governance, driving evidence-led recommendations while balancing experience, efficiency and organisational effectiveness. Hybrid working includes home and London office days.
