Senior Ops & Construction Manager - Civils (South Wales)

Bimplus is seeking an Operations Manager / Senior Construction Manager to lead and deliver a major Civils & Water Framework across South Wales. You will manage a team of project managers and oversee preconstruction, safety, quality, and contract delivery on multiple projects in the region.

The role requires an SMSTS, CSCS, and an appropriate industry qualification (HND/ HNC/ BEng or equivalent); candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel across the Southern Region.
