Senior Operations Team Manager - Hybrid Dublin

Covalen is seeking a Team Manager to lead high-performing teams delivering top-tier service and achieving operational targets. You will manage Team Leaders, drive continuous improvement, and own planning, forecasting and leadership to optimize client outcomes.

In this role, you will supervise, coach and develop team members, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver regular operational reports. The position is hybrid with Dublin offices and a 40-hour week, under a permanent contract.
