Senior Operations Manager - £600pd Outside IR35 - SC Cleared

Rate : £600 per day

IR35 : Outside

Location : Milton Keynes / some remote

Duration : 6 months (extendable)

The role :

A leading Central Government Institution are seeking a Senior Operations Manager, with expertise in managing organisational change improving operations in complex Government settings

This is an initial 6-month contract, Outside IR35 and requires SC Clearance

Experience requirements :

• Proven experience in strategic leadership roles within public service or similar sectors.
• Proven experience in operational improvement within data-intensive or regulated environments
• Managed organisational change - from diagnosing problems to designing solutions and embedding them into everyday practice
• Strong understanding of organisational strategy, governance, and service delivery.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to think systemically and translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Proven experience managing change in organisations
• Experience of delivering of managing dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning and feeding into overall strategy and service
• Workforce planning - understanding staffing models, capacity, skills gaps, and succession planning.
