Job Title: Senior Operations Engineer - Reliability Centred Maintenance

Salary: From £37,091 depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

• Facilitating and delivering Maintenance Reviews for assets across the entire site, in-person and remotely
• Producing documentation including Planned Maintenance Schedules and Maintenance Instructions in order to meet business demand and quality expectations
• Supporting the development of maintenance strategies for all site assets and facilities based on regulatory, statutory and business requirements
• Responsible for the coordination and administration of meetings, including preparation of documentation, minute-taking, and managing document circulation for peer review
• Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including Maintenance, Specialist Engineering and Engineering Authority teams
• Information gathering and research into asset performance, data sheets, specifications, drawings and manuals for a well-informed Maintenance Review

Your skills and experiences:

• Trade background in a mechanical or electrical discipline
• Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) techniques or methodology
• Awareness of regulations/legislation (LOLER, PUWER, PSSR, Legionella, etc )
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

The Asset Reliability Centred Maintenance team:

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide variety of assets and stakeholders across the business. With over 60,000 assets, managed and assured by a variety of teams and stakeholder, you'll quickly build a strong professional network and gain valuable insight into different areas of the organisation. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria
