Senior Operations and Product Executive

Senior Operations and Product Executive, 32-33K. Adventure Tour Operator are looking for a new Senior Operations and Product Executive to manage the operations and contribute to the production of their tours. This is an award-winning company with an excellent reputation and a very exciting product portfolio.

Senior Operations and Product Executive Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of escorted tours
• Negotiate with ground-handlers to contract various services for tours
• Handle operational and crisis issues if they occur
• Liaison with partners at destinations confirming allocations and booking services
• Create all client literature and support visa processes
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Prepare and support Tour Leaders
• Provide DMCs with post-tour feedback
• Help develop touring programmes
• Collaborate with sales and product teams
• Share responsibility for the emergency phone on a rota basis
• Work with the Sustainability Manager to manage carbon footprints and source social and environmental projects

Experience Required:

• Experience in experiential tour operations
• Preference for candidates with logistics and operations experience; candidates from rounded tailormade travel sales roles may also be considered depending on experience
• Personal global travel experience is highly beneficial

Additional Info:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• 25 days annual leave per year
• 2 office days per month in London
• Emergency phone duty for 6 weeks of the year
• Volunteering days on full pay
