To support our continued growth and strengthen our digital presence in Europe, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Online Marketer to join our European team.

Your Role as Senior Online Marketer

Your main responsibility is to co-develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with business partners, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales. You'll define channel-specific strategies, while also driving execution to raise brand awareness and boost online performance.

Most of these business partners are strong brands with proven success, yet still have room to grow digitally. You'll take on an advisory and leadership role, leading by example to inspire digital maturity and long-term success.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating and executing digital marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies, tailored for the European market;
  • Managing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across product launches, lead generation, local promotions, CRM initiatives, and more;
  • Handling the daily digital marketing operations across Europe to ensure regional KPIs are met;
  • Managing all digital channels and activities, including social media, search marketing, promotions, and website maintenance;
  • Working closely with European Marketing & eCommerce teams to plan and implement seasonal and always-on campaigns in line with global strategy;
  • Supporting the Global Digital Strategy team by aligning regional content calendars and coordinating successful content delivery (social, blog, SEO) across markets;
  • Monitoring campaign performance data, analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI;
  • Collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and business partners to create full-funnel strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences across channels-from acquisition to retention and advocacy.



What We're Looking for in a Senior Online Marketer

To succeed in this role, you must be both strategic and hands-on. You get energized by guiding business partners in your digital vision and enjoy working across cultures-including close collaboration with the Hong Kong HQ. Since the European market is digitally advanced, it's important that you can maintain a long-term focus and lead the way.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • A strong track record in a D2C business, ideally with a solid e-commerce component;
  • Proven success in generating traffic via SEA, SEO, Social Media, and CRM/email marketing-hands-on campaign execution is a must;
  • Experience in website optimization to increase conversions and enhance the customer journey, including CRO, content, and data-driven improvements;
  • A data-driven mindset: you can translate insights into actionable strategies;
  • A strong communicator and team player who enjoys inspiring others-especially those less digitally savvy-and who thrives in a collaborative setting;
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a natural drive to use data and creativity to solve challenges.
