Senior Oncology Pharmacist - Aseptic & Clinical Care Leader

Beacon Hospital in Dublin is seeking a Senior Pharmacist for Clinical Oncology and Aseptic Services. You will provide expert oncology pharmacy support, contribute to aseptic preparation, and advise medical and nursing staff on medication management.

The role covers ward-based chemotherapy services, e-prescribing systems training, medicines reconciliation, and participation in quality and safety programmes. You will work with the Pharmacy Clinical Oncology Team to ensure safe, cost-effective
