Senior Occupational Therapist - Home-Based Recovery & Independence

Cpl Healthcare, partnering with a leading Northwest nonprofit, seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to support service users in their homes, helping develop daily living skills and independence. You will assess needs, create person-centred care plans, and deliver interventions within a multidisciplinary team, building trust with individuals facing trauma and social exclusion.

This role covers Counties Sligo, Donegal and Leitrim, with a permanent 35-hour week contract and a strong work-life
