Job Description
- Shift Pattern: 8pm till 4am - 37.5 hr per week any 5 over 7 or fixed 5 days - 20 days holiday
- Permanent contract • Must have proven experience working as a Chef in a fast paced retail or similar food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Effective communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and customers
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Be computer proficient
- Be able to work within a small team - ideally with a catering qualification or proven experience
