This role focuses on driving mid-market growth and building strong broker relationships across the region.The Role:You'll take ownership of developing and managing a quality pipeline of mid-market and mid-corporate opportunities, working closely with brokers to generate and convert profitable new business. The position includes leading larger new business cases, underwriting in line with the company's appetite/standards as well as acting as a key referral point within the team. You'll be part of a close, supportive team with access to experienced managers across the regional network.
