Then we are looking for you to join our team as a Senior New Business Account Manager Datacenter.
In this role, you will become a valued member of our FSAS Technologies Sales team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of developing strong relationships with stakeholders in both the private and public sectors in the Netherlands. You will lead teams to close deals exceeding €2 million, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, and deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' business goals and budgets. You will play a critical role in driving FSAS's success in the datacenter domain while staying ahead of market trends in areas like Hybrid Cloud, AI, SAP, and Resilient Data Platforms.

Your Profile:
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record of closing large deals (€2 million+) in the datacenter sector (x86, storage, networking, and software).
- Completed university education.
- At least 7 years of experience in account management and sales of datacenter products, consulting, and/or business solutions.
- Reliable, transparent, ethical, and acts with high integrity.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion.
- Strong understanding of how digital impacts customers, with a highly customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both within the client organization and internally.
- Excellent communication skills, known as a strong team player who is flexible and shares knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and commercially astute.
- Commitment to environmentally friendly business practices and decarbonization.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Full time available (40 hrs)
Moreover, you excel in building relationships due to your ability to network effectively, you are a strong communicator, and you pay close attention to detail. Furthermore, we love a sense of humor.
Being truly client-centric and developing a relationship with the account, that has both breadth and depth, you will develop a detailed understanding of the client's business and functional requirements. This will enable you to build out the relationship and secure new business with existing clients, lead the right pursuit team, determine a clear, differentiated strategy to win the client's selection process, negotiate an acceptable contract and sign the deal.
