Senior Network Engineer - System Integrator

Based in Droitwich, with travel to customer sites, this role offers high-level responsibility, technical ownership, and exposure to diverse, real-world deployments with no shift work or call rotas, just impactful engineering that makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Cisco network solutions
• Working across routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless - full-stack projects
• Visiting client sites (with Droitwich as your home base)
• Acting as a senior technical lead on projects and mentoring junior engineers
• Building relationships with clients and becoming their trusted Cisco authority

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking (ideally CCNP+ level)
• Solid background in network design and project delivery
• Confidence working across routing, switching, security (e.g., ASA/FTD), and wireless
• Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to own technical conversations
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
