The team is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to join its expanding internal infrastructure division. This role plays a vital part in supporting high-availability systems and delivering resilient, high-performance networking solutions across both on-site and remote environments. From factory to paddock, the work directly supports mission-critical operations, where split-second reliability can make the difference between pole position and falling behind.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting, maintaining, and improving a multi-site network infrastructure
- Managing a complex mix of wired, wireless, and SD-WAN deployments across business-critical sites
- Hands-on configuration of Aruba CX switches, SilverPeak/EdgeConnect SD-WAN, and Palo Alto next-gen firewalls
- Working with EVPN Aruba Fabric, and cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
- Playing a key role in BAU operations while supporting longer-term network improvement projects
- Assisting with automation efforts using tools like Ansible and Python
- Occasionally travelling to other UK sites to support infrastructure rollouts or upgrades
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with enterprise networking: switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi
- Strong technical background with Aruba CX, Palo Alto NGFWs, SD-WAN (SilverPeak/EdgeConnect)
- Working knowledge of EVPN, Azure and AWS networking
- An understanding of automation principles and tooling (Python and Ansible experience is a plus)
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to get hands-on in a fast-paced, precision-led environment
- Ideally CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent real-world experience

Salary:
