Senior .Net Engineer

You will join a small, highly collaborative engineering team building impactful software used across the automotive sales industry. The role spans both front end and back end development, focusing on solving complex technical and product challenges. You will work closely with product designers, engineers, and leadership to shape features from concept through delivery. This is a remote first position within Ireland, offering strong autonomy and ownership over your work. You will contribute to improving system performance, scalability, and maintainability across a modern technology stack. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across both front end and back end systems, addressing complex technical and product challenges
• Take ownership of feature delivery, from technical design through implementation and deployment
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including product, design, and engineering peers
• Mentor and support junior engineers while promoting best practices and high coding standards
• Identify opportunities for improvement, including reducing technical debt and enhancing development efficiency
• Explore and apply modern technologies, including AI driven tools, to improve product development and user experience
• Manage multiple priorities effectively across concurrent projects

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a .NET Engineer working on production grade systems
• Solid expertise in backend development with .NET technologies, and familiarity with modern front end development
• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications in a cloud or distributed environment
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team setting
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers is highly valued
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools and modern development frameworks
• Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive, product focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote first environment
