Senior Negotiator - MRA/SRA & RegIM (London)

Dianaduggan in Central London is seeking a Senior Negotiator in Investment Banking to lead negotiations on Master Repurchase Agreements & Sponsor Repurchase Agreements, and ISDA/Regulatory Initial Margin documents. The role is based onsite, with an ASAP start and a contract until end December 2025, possible extension.

You will perform due diligence, mitigate operational risk, and coordinate with credit officers, legal, and external counsel to ensure compliant, timely closings.
