Job Description

Maxim Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead NEC contract commercial activities on Newcastle construction projects. You will oversee commercial governance, cost control and robust financial reporting, ensuring value for money and risk management across schemes.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, extensive NEC knowledge, and practical project experience. MRICS/MCInstCES desirable; strong candidates near chartered status will be considered.
