About this job

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to join a small, close knit team in Didsbury, Manchester. The role is full time with core hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, and may require occasional weekends or call outs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality living spaces, including painting, plastering, joinery, brickwork, tiling, and lawn care.
• Repair leaks, resolve damp issues, and conduct general upkeep of tenanted properties.
• Diagnose maintenance problems accurately and provide timely solutions.
• Use software systems to keep accurate maintenance records.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and liaise daily to meet their needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in property maintenance covering painting, plastering, joinery, brickwork, tiling, leak repair, damp resolution, and gardening.
• Experience working with tenanted properties is preferred.
• Proactive problem solving ability and strong investigative skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Technically confident with software system usage.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
