Senior MRICS Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid, Varied Projects

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the South Coast, UK, with hybrid working. The role leads commercial delivery across Education, Healthcare, Defence and other sectors within the Buildings team, requiring MRICS or equivalent and strong NEC/JCT knowledge.

You will manage cost plans, budgets and contract administration, act as Employer's Agent, mentor junior QS staff and support bids and business development.
