This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers while working on some of Microsoft's fastest-growing technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Purview and Microsoft Fabric.

The Senior MSP Consultant is more than a delivery role. You'll influence customer strategy, lead workshops, design enterprise solutions and play a key role in growing my client's Microsoft practice, with a clear pathway into leadership.

You must have 7+ years' experience in a Modern Workplace / Microsoft Cloud role with a proven track record delivering customer-facing consultancy engagements in an MSP or professional services/consultancy environment.

Your Role

• Microsoft Copilot adoption and readiness
• Data governance and compliance using Microsoft Purview
• Secure cloud-first workplace strategy

Deliver end-to-end projects across:

• Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant deployments
• Intune and endpoint management rollouts
• Copilot enablement and user adoption programmes
• Purview implementation (DLP, Information Protection, retention policies)
• Design and implement identity and security controls with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender suite
• Run customer workshops, assessments, and roadmap planning sessions
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design and technical input
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and handover materials
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service development

Your Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Advanced knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), identity, and access control
• Experience implementing: Microsoft Copilot (use cases, readiness, governance)
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, compliance)
• Strong understanding of: Security frameworks and best practices, Microsoft Defender suite
• Experience with PowerShell automation (desirable)
• The following relevant certifications are desirable:

1. Azure/Cloud & AI Engineer associate (AZ-500/SC-500)
2. Microsoft Security Architect (SC-100)
3. Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200)
4. Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
5. Microsoft Information Security (SC-401)
6. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)
7. Relevant Copilot / AI certifications (where applicable)
