One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 or more years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI or agent solutions.
  • Proven experience with production-grade enterprise solutions, not only prototypes.
  • Very good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.
  • Experience with M365, SharePoint, Graph and API integrations.
  • Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI and modern automation architectures.
  • Experience with governance, security, compliance and ALM in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.

The developer expert for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform designs, develops and integrates intelligent business solutions in the Microsoft agent ecosystem. The focus is on Copilot Studio Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse data models, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure Services, and Vattenfall enterprise systems.

The role combines technical solution design with process understanding, consulting skills and a strong security and governance awareness. It is particularly suitable for building AI-supported automation and use cases in the enterprise environment.

Core Mission

  • Develop, extend and operate Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for internal business processes.
  • Build modern Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to digitize and automate workflows.
  • Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure services and other enterprise systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Ensure governance, data protection, security, compliance, performance and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Development of Copilot Studio Solutions

  • Design, develop and integrate Copilot Studio agents.
  • Create topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions and agent logic.
  • Connect knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph or other business data sources.
  • Build generative AI capabilities and RAG-oriented solution approaches where functionally and technically appropriate.
  • Test, optimize and continuously improve agent response quality, user guidance and business process value.

Development of Power Platform Applications

  • Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps with Power Apps.
  • Create, maintain and optimize complex Power Automate workflows.
  • Design and implement Dataverse data models including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
  • Use Power Fx for business logic, validation and user interaction.
  • Develop reusable components, templates and solution patterns.

Integration, Architecture and ALM

  • Integrate solutions through REST APIs, custom connectors, standard connectors and Microsoft Graph.
  • Connect Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management or Azure AI Services where needed.
  • Implement application life cycle management using solutions, environments, pipelines, Git or Azure DevOps.
  • Document solution architectures, interfaces, data flows and operating models.
  • Provide technical guidance on make-or-buy decisions, platform boundaries and scalability questions.

Governance, Security and Operations

  • Implement Power Platform and Copilot governance requirements.
  • Consider data protection, authorization models, Entra ID, roles, DLP policies and audit requirements from the beginning.
  • Monitor usage, performance, errors and cost.
  • Support incident, change and release processes.
  • Ensure a maintainable, documented and reusable solution landscape.
