Senior Merchandiser - Field-Based KPI Leader & Trainer

Smiths News is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for Guildford on a permanent 18 hours/week contract (Mon, Thu, Fri). The role is field-based and requires a full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.

You will support audits, help achieve KPI targets, and contribute to recruiting and training a team of Merchandisers. You'll benefit from holiday pay, mileage reimbursement and a pension scheme as part of our nationwide Instore team.
