Senior MEP Commercial Manager - London Life Sciences

Advance Training & Recruitment Services in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of a £24m-£30m shell and core life sciences facility in Canary Wharf. You will own contract administration, oversee valuations and cash flow, manage subcontractor accounts and final accounts, and report to senior management, while working closely with project teams.

The role requires strong MEP/ME background, substantial JCT contract experience, and a track record of
