Job Description

Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced clinician? Then look no further! Come join our team in Basingstoke CMHT Meadows.

This role is to manage a caseload of patients through recovery to discharge, signposting back to the community.

Receiving referrals from our (multi-disciplinary team) MDT and Psychology.

Supporting patients during psychological therapies and after. Working with low risk patients but monitoring and reviewing.

Working 9-5pm (Can be flexible hours). Regular supervision and opportunities off training and further education.

A chance to develop your skill set and share your knowledge and experience with the team.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
