Job overviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, motivated and proactively driven individual to fulfil a new role of senior administrator within the Medical Appraisal and Revalidation team supporting the Responsible Officer function.
We are seeking someone with previous administration experience with the skills to provide high level support to the appraisal and revalidation lead. Key to this role is the ability to support the development, implementation and maintenance of effective and robust systems and processes.
You will have the skills and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing, as well as a proactive, positive approach and demonstrable experience of contributing at a high level to a business support function. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and balance conflicting priorities. Compiling information and recording data is a key aspect of the role, therefore you will have an eye for detail along with excellent IT skills. This role can be fast-paced and require you to work independently and collaboratively.
You will be liaising with medical staff and other senior professionals both within GMMH and other external stakeholders from GMC and NHS England. There will be the opportunity to attend network meetings across the northwest facilitated by NHS England and GMC.
Main duties of the jobWe currently operate a hybrid working model (a blend of onsite and home/remote working). Our offices are based at the GMMH Trust site in Prestwich. The role offers the opportunity for development.

Person specification Qualifications- Demonstrative administration experience
- Skilled in the use of all packages within Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Manipulating data and presenting it in easy to read reports
