Senior Media Coordinator, European Tour Productions

We're looking for a Senior Media Coordinator to lead the transformation of all ETP media into secure, scalable cloud platforms. You'll manage archives, post-production storage, and hybrid workflows, ensuring media is easy to access, correctly stored, and fully optimized for production needs. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Day-to-day management of team duties inc. Viz One management, ingest, storage limitations, media deletions etc. Technical & Media Skills: Production & Workflow Experience: Ability to work towards deadlines and independently Organisational & Interpersonal Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management Excellent communication skills and team player Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively without close supervision Relevant and up-to-date production technical knowledge and workflows At least 1 years experience in previous media management or related role Benefits: Dental insurance We appreciate the time take to apply for the role and your recent interest in IMG.
