Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join a progressive building services consultancy based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer who is passionate about delivering high quality mechanical design solutions and wants to work in a collaborative, design focused environment across a diverse portfolio of projects.

• Lead and deliver mechanical building services design from concept through to completion
• Produce detailed design calculations for HVAC, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems
• Prepare specifications, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordinate closely with electrical engineers, architects, and other consultants
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and design workshops
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and relevant industry standards
• Support and mentor junior engineers within the team

• Proven experience in mechanical building services engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems design
• Proficiency in industry software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant calculation tools
• Working towards or already achieved chartered status
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and project teams
• A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and sustainable design
