Bring your passion and drive to deliver the most epic and immersive LEGO brand experiences for families with children aged 2-12 visiting the LEGOLAND parks and discovery centers. Bring FUN and PLAY to the millions of guests worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the OES (owned, earned, shared) agenda to maximize the collective impact on brand and business across the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments.
  • Unleash the full potential of the parks and discovery centers within the LEGO ecosystem to support the overall guest journey, drive brand love, and support business opportunities across LEGOLAND parks and Discovery centers.
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant ecosystem touchpoints across the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. Represent Merlin Entertainments to the wider LEGO organization and global marketing teams.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive global editorial calendar that coordinates content across platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to assess the success of OES activities, sharing learnings and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI across all media channels.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines with consistent messaging across channels and markets.

Our LEGO Brand Parks and Experience team is part of LEGO Holding division, supporting LEGO's mission to inspire and develop future builders. Our goal is to drive strategic partnerships between LEGO and Merlin Entertainments, leveraging synergies to create consistent, connected experiences across LEGOLAND and The LEGO Group. We aim to deliver fun, immersive experiences that spark a lifetime of play, creativity, and imagination. You will be part of the team responsible for brand, marketing, and innovation within LEGO Brand Parks and Experience.

Merlin Entertainments Group is the second-largest theme park operator worldwide, owning and operating 10 LEGOLAND Parks, 29 indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, 9 LEGOLAND Hotels, and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks, attracting over 17 million guests annually.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Expertise in leading a top-tier global brand/IP.
  • Strong marketing and brand skills with a proven record in building brands and working with Owned, Earned, and Shared channels.
  • Experience working in a global company across markets and cultures.
  • Strong digital experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong team player with high personal integrity.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
