Description We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead a comprehensive programme of digital-focused demand generation campaigns for industrial SMEs. In this role, you'll leverage the full marketing mix to promote our software products and services - fueling business success by delivering a consistent flow of opportunities into our pipeline. You'll take ownership of planning, execution, and optimisation across inbound and outbound activity, collaborating closely with teams across Forterro.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to split your time between home and one of three UK Forterro offices - Lincoln, Southampton, or London. You'll be supported to work in the way that best suits you and the team, while remaining closely connected to colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver outbound campaigns and inbound nurture programmes to support pipeline and software bookings objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing activities across multiple channels, SEO and SEA strategy, and evolve website performance using analytics and optimisation platforms.
- Create and distribute content that generates demand within our target markets.
- Produce content and collateral that supports successful sales execution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with go-to-market colleagues, including Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Content.
- Use advanced analytics to report on success metrics and identify areas for improvement across lead generation efforts.
- Present regular updates on project progress and contribute to campaign planning cycles.
- Bring to life our customer pain points and clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Manage selected suppliers, agencies, third parties, and partners as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience delivering demand generation marketing campaigns-B2B and/or software industry experience strongly preferred.
- A digital-native, with advanced knowledge of digital marketing techniques and systems.
- Demonstrated use of marketing automation and content management platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot and Drupal.
- Strong content creation skills-both short and long-form-for multiple channels.
- Experience in lead generation strategy, including capture, nurture, and qualification.
- A clear understanding of business challenges, buyer journeys, and how to position software solutions to senior decision-makers.
- High level of personal responsibility, strong stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent planning, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Energetic, positive, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
