Senior Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We are European Blockchain Convention, a startup organizing B2B events (6000+ attendees in 2024).

We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about: crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!).

We are looking for an over-achieving Senior Marketing & Social Media Specialist!

The ideal candidate is passionate about Blockchain/AI/Fintech, understands the codes of this industry, is ambitious, smart, proactive and creative.

Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow!

Key responsibilities:

• Grow the brand of all our events
• Manage and execute our social media strategy (Linkedin/X/Instagram/Anything you think is relevant!) & press releases
• Invent and execute strategies to maximize the User Generated Content on our Social Medias
• Expand our events audience and enhance attendee quality
• Manage and write our newsletters
• Create and animate a strong community
• Select and manage 1 freelance video editor and 1 freelance designer
• Whatever else you think will help us grow the business!

As part of the Marketing Department, your KPIs will be the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and the number of tickets sold per event.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Marketing/Social Media with a solid track record (KPIs)
• Strong understanding and passion for Crypto/Blockchain/AI Industries
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment
• Native or Bilingual in English with strong writing and communication skills

Additional info :

• We work 4 days per week in the office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) located in Poblenou next to the Bogatell metro station
• We work from home Wednesday
