Senior Marine Technician

Overview

Are you a Senior Marine Technician who is leading by example but lacking title, recognition, or salary to match? Or a Technical Manager seeking greater visibility with brokers and senior leadership? This is a rare opportunity to join a growing independent Lloyd's Broker in a Senior Technician and Leadership role.

Opportunity

You will take ownership of a team of five marine technicians, leading the technical function across Marine Hull, War, Cargo, and some Aviation risks.

You will be:

• The go-to technical authority for the marine team
• Working closely with brokers and senior stakeholders
• Driving standards, process improvements, and quality
• Having real input into how the technical function evolves as the business grows

What we're looking for

• Strong background in marine technical operations (Lloyd's market preferred)
• Experience across Hull & War (ideally), Cargo also valuable

Package
