Senior Marine Cargo Underwriter

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist London Market insurer within their expanding marine cargo team. This is a dynamic role supporting a growing book of business, offering strong career progression for the right candidate.

We're looking for an experienced marine cargo professional from the underwriting side of the market. However, if you're a seasoned broker with a solid track record, we'd still love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

• Support the continued growth of the marine cargo portfolio, targeting 10% year-on-year expansion.

• Manage and develop existing accounts across the US, EU, and MENA regions.

• Take a lead position in underwriting the majority of risks.

• Have regular opportunities to write business at Lloyd's on behalf of the company.
