Senior Manufacturing Manager - Turbine Aerofoil

AVA Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager for turbine aerofoil production. The role spans a European supplier network, with hands-on leadership across multi-site operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will drive yield improvements, cost reductions, and data-driven decisions while collaborating with suppliers across the UK, Italy, and Hungary. The position starts on a contract basis with strong potential to go permanent.
