This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We're thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You Will Do:
As our newSenior Manager, Taxyou will be responsible formanaging tax compliance across Corporate Tax, VAT, Global Mobility for the Mark Anthony International business (INTL) which operates in over 20 countries with corporate tax filings in three (IRL, UK, AU) countries.
The responsibilities of the role are split across Tax advisory (50%), Tax Compliance (40%), and Leadership (10%).
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage tax due diligence for INTL market expansion, assessing direct and indirect tax implications to guide strategic structuring and entry decisions.
- Develop and execute tax optimization strategies that align with overall business objectives and support sustainable international growth, in partnership with the Corporate Tax Team (HQ Vancouver).
- Work closely with supply chain, commercial, digital sales, and Finance, to structure initiatives efficiently and deliver optimized tax outcomes.
- Manage global mobility tax matters for cross-border employees, ensuring compliance while enabling agile workforce mobility and tax-efficient payroll structures.
- Provide strategic guidance on VAT, customs, and excise matters, influencing commercial and operational decisions across international markets.
- Oversee international tax compliance, ensuring accurate submissions of corporate and VAT filings through robust processes and controls.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and oversee tax audit responses, ensuring transparency and defending INTL filing positions.
- Represent the INTL Tax function as a trusted business advisor, driving collaboration with Corporate Tax, INTL Finance, and Compliance, and supporting senior leadership on strategic projects.
What You'll Bring:
Recognized professional accounting and tax qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA) and a post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
7+ years' experience in Irish tax, with additional UK tax experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and tax data.
Prior experience working in a multinational, fast-paced environment, managing cross-border tax matters.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across multiple functions and geographies.
