Senior Manager, Sustainability

Role Purpose and Impact This role contributes to LSEG's ambition to be a strategic enabler of sustainable growth. Working in the Group Sustainability team this role plays a critical role in discrete programmes of LSEG's sustainability strategy.This role is central to LSEG's development of its human rights approach, and will lead on our preparations to meet the requirements of the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). Key Responsibilities Disclose progress on human rights and modern slavery in line with annual reporting cycle and regulatory requirements Technical / job functional knowledge Demonstrable knowledge of human rights, modern slavery and related sustainability legislation, industry trends and best practice Knowledge of CSDDD requirement and applicationProven experience of sustainability strategy implementation either in a corporate setting or consultancy Excellent project management skills Sustainability expertise and experience within a relevant industry sector such as Financial Services, Professional Services or Technology Leadership & Management Responsibilities / Expertise Strong engagement and influencing skills.
